Mandy Harshman began her call center career at EDS as a Marketing Specialist in the Customer Service Technologies group. She later joined the EDS/A.T. Kearney Call Center Consulting team and is one of the founding members of McIntosh & Associates. Her international experience includes assignments in South America and Europe. Ms. Harshman specializes in the design and deployment of quality assurance, call flow, and voice recognition solutions.
