President and Managing Partner

Beverly McIntosh, President and Managing Partner, began her call center career in 1977 with American Airlines. In her 17 years with American, she managed all aspects of the reservations function and developed and implemented American’s business plan for a call center outsourcing subsidiary. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for other leading outsourcers and led the Call Center Consulting practice for EDS/A.T. Kearney. In the past she has been a featured speaker at industry and telecommunications events and chaired industry committees. Today she focuses exclusively on McIntosh & Associates’ clients and its Call Centers of Excellence networks. Her international experience includes the Americas and Europe.
