As a newly hired member of the practice, you will join a professional staff of full-time consultants and project specialists with diverse industry and functional experience. Total compensation will include a competitive base salary, potential profit sharing, and potential bonus. In order to ensure optimal value delivery to you, McIntosh & Associates recruits consultants with significant expertise and experience in call center/customer care operations and consulting. Each consultant’s title and job classification are based upon the skill sets and education experience necessary to support the effective development of client solutions. Factors such as consulting experience, call center/customer care operational experience, industry expertise, and educational background are considered when evaluating potential candidates either for acceptance into the firm or for promotion.
